Rabah Madjer: Algerian football bounces back on world football scene.
MADRID (Spain)- Former Algerian international player Rabah Madjer said that the Algerian football "is making a strong comeback on the world football scene," after the qualification for the 2010 World Cup. "We are the only Arab team qualified for the World Cup and we will be the ambassador of the Arab football in South Africa," Madjer told the Spanish daily El Pais. "Algerian national football team bounces back stronger than ever after 24 years away of the World Cup," said the former Algerian football star.
